These Black Bean Burritos are packed with healthy ingredients. Don’t be fooled by the “healthy”, these are just as yummy as regular burritos and don’t taste “healthy” at all. Bonus: the recipe is also vegetarian but you can’t taste the “vegetarian” in it either. It’s a great comfort food and will satisfy that Mexican craving you want without the meat and the extra calories. The recipe calls for salsa, I used a black bean and corn salsa to give it an extra zing. However you can use any salsa you want.
